01Order Processing Time

In normal conditions, we process and ship orders within 24 hours of confirming your payment.

Processing time covers verifying, packing and handing your order to the carrier. It doesn't include the time your package spends in transit after it ships.

02Shipping Method

Every eligible order ships free with FedEx.

We send all orders through FedEx for dependable service and tracking. As soon as your order ships, we'll send you tracking details so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

03Delivery Time

Here's what to expect from checkout to your doorstep:

Delivery times are estimates. They can vary with your location, local carrier operations, weather, busy shipping periods, holidays and other delays outside our control.

04Friday Shipments

Orders due to ship on a Friday may be slightly delayed because of warehouse processing schedules and carrier pickup times.

We always try to ship on time, but some Friday orders may not start moving until the next business day.

05Weekends and Holidays

We don't process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend, or after business hours on Friday, are usually processed on the next business day.

“Business days” means Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.

06Where We Ship

Right now, we ship only to serviceable addresses in the continental United States.

We can't ship to:

• P.O. Boxes
• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Remote islands, offshore territories and other non-standard delivery areas

07Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may not show up right away after the shipping label is created. Sometimes your package is already on its way before the carrier's system shows the first scan.

08Shipping Delays

We aim to ship and deliver every order within the times above, but delays can sometimes happen for reasons outside our control, including:

• Severe weather
• Carrier delays
• High order volumes during holidays or peak seasons
• Temporary changes to warehouse schedules
• Disruptions to delivery routes

09Incorrect Shipping Information

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. You're responsible for the address you provide.

An incorrect or incomplete address can cause delays or delivery problems. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.

10Delivery Problems

If your package arrives damaged, seems to be lost, or you run into any other unusual delivery problem, contact us right away at support@proairsupply.shop or call (707) 224-2853 so we can look into it and help.
